Do you offer a refund?

Do you offer a free trial?

Due to very high demand, we had to pause our free trial indefinitely. You can still try Superly risk-free since we offer a 7-day full-refund guarantee.

Do I need a subscription to ChatGPT or Claude or Gemini?

No, you don't need any external subscriptions. Superly provides you paid access to every major, latest AI model in one app and they're included in the price of your subscription itself.

How many AI credits do I get?

- We're very transparent, if you're on a $49/mo Pro plan, we strive to give you ~ about $42 / mo worth of AI usage. AI Credits are only used when you chat with AI models. The rest of our costs go towards giving you unlimited social media scraping powers and they don't use any AI Credits.
- If you've paid $349 for an annual Pro plan, we still strive to give you $42 / mo worth of AI usage that resets every month.
- Max plan gets you the maximum credits.
- In the rare case that you have very high usage, just contact us to bump your credits up: help@superly.app

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, we promise you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings in one-click.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. You can also easily upgrade to any of our Yearly plans from a Monthly plan.

How many languages do you support?

We support any language that the AI model supports. For example, GPT models support 95+ languages and Claude models support 60+ languages. If the AI model you select supports a language, you can use it in Superly.

What's the limit on AI chat length?

- We're proud to support 200k tokens for every chat.
- Comparatively, ChatGPT only gives you 32k tokens for Plus subscription and 128K tokens for Enterprise subscription per chat.

How are my AI credits used?

- Credits are used based on token consumption.
- The longer the same chat continues, the more credits are used.
- The more knowledge sources you have connected to the chat, the more credits are used.
 - For example connecting a 12 hour long YouTube video will use lot more credits than a 10 minute video.
