We offer a 7-day full-refund guarantee. If you've tried Superly and you're not satisfied, just contact us at help@superly.app

Do you offer a free trial?

Due to very high demand, we had to pause our free trial indefinitely. You can still try Superly risk-free since we offer a 7-day full-refund guarantee.

We add every major state-of-the-art model & keep it updated:

How many AI credits do I get?

- We're very transparent, if you're on a $25/mo Pro plan, we strive to give you $25 worth of AI usage.
- If you've paid $299 for an annual Pro plan, we strive to give you $25/mo worth of AI usage that resets every month.
- Max plan gets you the maximum credits.
- In the rare case that you have very high usage, just contact us to bump your credits up: help@superly.app

What's the limit on AI chat length?

- We're proud to support 200k tokens for every chat.
- Comparatively, ChatGPT only gives you 32k tokens for Plus subscription and 128K tokens for Enterprise subscription per chat.

How are my AI credits used?

- Credits are used based on token consumption.
- The longer the same chat continues, the more credits are used.
- The more knowledge sources you have connected to the chat, the more credits are used.
- For example connecting a 12 hour long YouTube video will use lot more credits than a 10 minute video.

What kind of knowledge sources can I connect to my AI chat?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, we promise you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings & Stripe customer portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, but due to high demand right now, just contact us anytime and we will handle it for you.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Unfortunately, we don't offer any discounts currently due to high demand and costs.
